Enjoy the fresh air


Nowadays, people are further more sensibilized for the importance of the sport. People are more concerned with their looking ,but also with their body heath. One prove of this is the grow of number of healthclubs and the number of people that frequent them.
How do you thing of practicing sport in open air?
Most people has close their homes gardens where they can run, make walks, ride on a bicycle,etc. People should enjoy that time to breath fresh air and do some relax. They could start with inviting their friends and neighbours for a walk; inviting their family for a ride or their dog play around.
