As I had already said, in the text about global warming, the average of the temperature is diary increasing. The majority of the countries have been trying to persuade the people to reduce the emissions of carbon dioxide, but this project has been a failure, so many scientists have been investigating new ways to solve this serious problem.
Projects of Geo engineering consist in changing the environment, by artificial ways, in order to force the nature to “consume” the carbon dioxide. Some scientists, that have develop these projects, suggest new things like:
Spray Sulfate Aerosols Into The Atmosphere:
This idea consists in using large balloons with sulfar dioxide particles inside, and put this balloons into the stratosphere, this sulfar dioxide particles could reduce the earth’s absorption of sunlight (as volcanoes do), in order to cool the earth. However this idea has a downside: the sulfar dioxide could react with particles that exist in the ozone layer and consequently destroy it, so this idea was a failure.
Aerial Reforestation
This idea consists in planting new trees in areas that are deforested because of natural disasters like: hurricanes, floods, volcano eruption, earthquake, etc; or because of human action like forest fires. This project is extremely reliable because we already know the consequences of planting trees in the environment, so planting trees is probably the best way to increase the carbon sink potential of a certain area of land. Unfortunately, these areas are too vast, so some scientists, in order to do the job quickly enough, suggest using airplanes to drop tree seedlings in the chosen areas.
There are more projects of geo engineers but I only choose these ones because I found them more interesting. In the video bellow you can see another project:

(I am sorry but this video is too big, so it takes too long loading it, so please, click in this link if you want to see the video)
These projects, unfortunately, or are too expensive or aren’t viable enough, so for reducing the global warming we should do things like: recycle, avoid using our private car, save electricity, etc.
